The property carries the charm of a well-loved mountain homestead. The outbuildings, surrounding landscape, and quiet rural setting reflect the history and personality of the space — peaceful, relaxed, and comfortably lived-in.

Please note: this is a rural mountain property — not a polished estate. Part of its charm is the relaxed, authentic setting, changing seasons, wildlife, and natural surroundings that come with life in the countryside.

We got this house for our son and his groomsmen to stay before and after his wedding. There was plenty of room for everyone and they enjoyed the pool.
