"A younger gal there was very nice but there is an older lady that was very rude yelling at my husband because he doesn’t understand English and her English wasn’t veey clear so at first I didn’t know why she was yelling until I told her to not yell at him and the no asked her to repeat what she needed from him because she was looking g at him directly so I know it him she was yelling at.. she was just very rude lady I would not go back there honestly!!"

"The maid service made our bed, emptied the wastebaskets, and took our used towels, but they didn't give us new towels, nor did they take away the wine glasses from the previous night's gratis bar. They didn't give us any more toilet paper either. The desk chair can't be raised to a level that lets you work at the desk. While it's a very comfortable hotel, it's showing its age."
