The new pier with its beautiful beach promenade, as well as restaurants and cafes, are just a few minutes’ walk away. This modern apartment building features an lift, parking spaces, and a bicycle shed. Dogs are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Right next to the beach!!

This apartment spans two levels with a total of 50 m² of living space and is suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 children.

This modern and spacious 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor with a southwest-facing balcony and is furnished to accommodate 3 adults and 1 child. It features a large open-concept living area with a high-quality, separate kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee and Nespresso capsule machines, electric kettle, toaster, blender, kitchen scale, baking utensils, and a raclette grill. The living area, featuring a cosy sleeper sofa (1.40 m x 2.00 m), an armchair, a TV, a Blu-ray DVD player, and Wi-Fi, promises a relaxing and cosy atmosphere. Alexa is available upon request. Additionally, the apartment features board games, books, and a game console (Atari Flashback 9 HD Gold) with many games, ensuring plenty of entertainment even when the weather isn’t ideal. External blinds are available for light control and privacy.

From the kitchen and living room, you have access to the southwest-facing balcony, which is approximately 38 m². Here, you’ll enjoy a side view of the dunes and can wonderfully enjoy the evening sun. The spacious balcony is equipped with a lounge area, a parasol, and a dining area for 4 people, and its covered design invites you to linger.
An additional guest bathroom is located in the hallway. The apartment features underfloor heating.

A staircase leads down to the basement, where the sleeping area is located, featuring a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m with twin mattresses measuring 0.80 m x 2.00 m). The bedroom has a TV and a large mirror. The exterior blinds for darkening the room ensure a restful night’s sleep. Adjacent to the bedroom is the shower room, equipped with a hair dryer, an illuminated makeup mirror, and a washing machine. From the bedroom, you have direct access to the west-facing terrace (18 square metres) with seating, where you can enjoy the sunset to the fullest. There is an additional lockable door here providing quick access to the beach for a morning swim in the Baltic Sea.
A washing machine is also available in the apartment.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not permitted in the apartment or anywhere on the property.

A parking space and a bicycle shed are available and can be accessed from the street “An der Göschbek” (at the back of the building). The building entrance is also located at the rear of the building.
