The balcony offers lake views and a beautiful view of the spa gardens and is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a flat-screen TV. A beautiful bathroom with a tiled shower area and a high-quality glass shower enclosure is available here. Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable room temperature. A parking space in the underground garage (the maximum clearance height of the garage is 1.95 m) as well as a lockable storage room in the basement—which belongs to the apartment—for bicycles are available for use.

The elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and—last but not least—the beautifully landscaped Dünenmeile invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bike storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
