Es handelt es sich um eine sehr moderne und ordentlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist top.

Die FeWo ist wertig. Die Terrasse ist komplett abgeschottet, kein Blick auf Straße. Die 2 Schlafzimmer und Bad sind im Kellergeschoss. Lichtschächte sorgen für etwas Licht und Luft. Trotzdem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Luftfeuchtigkeit sehr hoch ist und alles etwas klamm wurde. Zentrum und Strand erreicht man in 5..10 Minuten. Einkaufen bei Rewe, Netto und Stolz in 10..15 Minuten zu Fuß. 3 Bäcker sind in Strandnähe zu finden. Am Strand ist alles durchorganisiert. Die Strandkörbe stehen viel zu eng. Strandmuscheln o. Ä. sind nicht gestattet bzw. etwas außerhalb im separaten Bereich. Leider spielte das Sommerwetter nicht mit, April Wetter.
