The living area features a high-quality sleeper sofa (sleeping area 1.45 m x 1.90 m), an exclusive leather sofa set, a stereo system, a DVD player with a large flat-screen TV (cable), and a dining area for 4 people. The open-concept kitchen area, equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, rounds out the amenities. The entire living area features laminate flooring, making it suitable for people with allergies. From the living room, you can step out onto the east-facing balcony, where you can enjoy relaxing moments.


The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, separate mattresses 2 x 0.90 m, height 45 cm) and a spacious closet. The modern and bright bathroom features a shower, toilet, and a window.
During the season 2026 (15.05 –September 15), a beach chair is available to you free of charge.


The house has a bicycle storage room accessible via a staircase. The owner provides 2 bicycles free of charge in the bicycle storage room.
A parking space assigned to the apartment is located at the house (parking space dimensions: width 2.20 m, length 4.40 m).


Free Wi-Fi is available to guests in the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
