Pier 4: 200m to the beach, sea view, sauna (penthouse)

PIERSIDE – Your retreat in Haffkrug (Scharbeutz): Just 200 metres from the beach promenade, you’ll find our designer holiday home, which features a total of only four units. Here you’ll discover charming cafés, inviting restaurants, and a variety of shopping options. There’s a bakery right across from the holiday apartments. In just a 10-minute walk, you’ll reach a beach bar right on Haffkrug’s sandy beach. Ideal for couples, families, and friends who love a high-quality and cosy interior.

PIER 4 is a stylish duplex apartment spanning the upper and penthouse levels, offering approximately 90 m² of living space—with sweeping views of the Baltic Sea, a private wellness area including a sauna with ocean views, and a fireplace for cosy fall and winter days.

On the upper level, you’ll find a bright living area with an open kitchen and a kitchen island. From here, you can step out onto a spacious, south-facing balcony. A cosy sofa with a smart TV and an extendable dining table that seats up to 6 people invite you to linger; and the fireplace creates especially cosy moments on chilly days. On this level, you’ll also find a bedroom with a bunk bed and a smart TV, as well as a separate guest bathroom.

One floor up, your private wellness area awaits, featuring a sauna, bathtub, separate shower, and sink (hair dryer provided). Another bedroom with a double bed and a smart TV offers peace and comfort. From here, a staircase leads up to the attic with a panoramic view of the Baltic Sea—a cosy sleeping nook for up to two children. Please note: For bookings of six people, two sleeping spots are provided in the attic.

A rooftop balcony runs around the entire apartment, featuring an outdoor dining area and a gas grill—perfect for sunny days and balmy evenings. For longer stays, a washer-dryer, clothes rack, and vacuum cleaner are available.

Of course, we provide a cot and a high chair (upon request) free of charge. To top it all off, there are two private, free parking spaces right next to the house.
