Our brand new apartment "Ostseezauber 2", completed in December 2018, is located in the direct beach area of Scharbeutz. It is for 1-3 people, max. 2 adults + 1 child. The apartment is on the 2nd Upstairs. It is easily accessible via a staircase. Our bright 1 room apartment has a large combined living room with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a spring-loaded sofa bed (155 cm x 200 cm), a chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables incl. Bedside lamps and some built-in cupboards. The initial supply of bed linen is included. In addition, a flat screen TV, DVD player, CD radio and a dining table with 4 chairs. The new open kitchen is located in the front part of the apartment and is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, 2 ceramic hobs, oven, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle and an egg cooker. In addition, of course, plenty of dishes, glasses and pots, etc. The new bathroom has an 80 cm round shower, a toilet, an infrared heater and a vanity unit with a base cabinet. A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror is also available. In addition, the initial towels are available free of charge.

Top für einen Wintertrip

Freundliche Schlüsselübergabe , auch die Kommunikation vorher hat super geklappt. Der einzige Kritikpunkt , sind die zu klein gewählten Rollos. Seitlich sind sie an beiden Fenstern mind 5cm (beidseitig )zu klein . Dadurch ist es in der Wohnung mit der Verdunkelung schwierig . Ansonsten ist alles ok . Es hat nichts gefehlt .

Klein und fein

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen mit 1 Kind perfekt. Schön hell und es hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Alles war tip top sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Alles ist so wie in der Beschreibung. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit wertvoller Einweisung inkl. Tipps und Tricks. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute willkommen gefühlt und sind sehr familiär behandelt worden. Obwohl wir nur wenige Tage zu Gast waren, haben wir uns sehr gut erholt, und diese Ferienwohnung hat einen massgeblichen Anteil daran gehabt. Vielen Dank für alles. :-)

Wohlfühl-Momente

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Konnten auch schon früher in die Wohnung. Es war alles da ,selbst Kaffeepads,genügend Geschirr so das man nicht täglich die Spülmaschine anstellen mußte. Der Saugroboter erledigte die Arbeit auch allein. Das Haus liegt zwar an einer stark befahrenen Straße, aber man hört nichts davon. Zimmer sind nach hinten. Nur über die Straße und sie sind an einem endlosen Strand . Wir bedanken uns nochmal und werden die Adresse auf jeden Fall an Freunde und Bekannte weitergeben.

Gepflegte, niedliche, moderne 1 Zimmer-Wohnung

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Sie war sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Leider war der Fernseher nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, da viele Sender nicht empfangen werden konnten. Jedoch waren wir alles in Allem sehr angetan von unserem Aufenthalt und würden jeder Zeit wieder dort buchen.

Gemütliche Wohnung direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Von der Ausstattung her haben wir nichts vermisst und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage in direkter Strandnähe ist komfortabel und auch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist gewährleistet. Wir haben hier ein paar sehr schöne Urlaubstage verbracht.
