This very bright, sun-drenched, south-facing 3-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor, right next to the spa park. From the south-facing balcony, equipped with an awning, you can enjoy an unobstructed, sweeping view of the natural section of Scharbeutz’s spa park. All rooms face the spa park.

All rooms are in a QUIET location and are furnished in a modern yet cosy style.
You can easily reach the apartment from the underground car park via the lift.
The building’s entrance area is wheelchair accessible.
The apartment, measuring just under 80 m², is generously equipped for 4 people.

Both bedrooms are separated from the living-dining area by a large hallway.
The double bedroom (180 x 200) features a second TV. The two single beds (90 x 190) in the second bedroom can be easily placed side by side if needed.
The cosy bedrooms offer plenty of space for your holiday luggage and feature exterior blinds for blackout.

In the open and bright living/dining area, you’ll find a three-seater corner sofa for sitting, lounging, reading, or watching TV with a DVD/Blu-ray player, as well as a large, inviting dining area. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
DVDs and books are available for your entertainment.

The kitchen, which opens onto the dining area, is very well equipped and offers everything you wouldn’t want to be without on holiday: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction stove, oven with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, as well as plenty of cutlery and dishes.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack.
A hair dryer and a washer-dryer combo are provided.

The underground garage is only accessible without a roof rack. The apartment includes one underground parking space, a bike storage room, and a private storage room for your empty suitcases.
