- Modern, one-room holiday apartment on the ground floor (with terrace) facing the garden – southwest-facing, 70 meters from the fine sandy beach.
The apartment features a combined living and sleeping area with an electric exterior roller shutter, a separate kitchenette with a dishwasher, a modern shower room with a window, and a terrace facing the garden with an awning.
The cozy sleeping area is furnished with a double bed (180 cm wide, accessible from both sides) and a wardrobe.
The room also includes a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, and a pleasant dining area.
