The living areas, tastefully renovated in 2022 and furnished in a modern beach house style, exude a relaxing, cosy atmosphere. The spacious 3-room apartment features designer vinyl flooring and tiles and, at 115 square metres, offers plenty of space for 2–7 people.

From the large entryway with a coat closet, you enter the spacious living and sleeping area (sofa bed: 1.40 x 2.00) and the modern, fully equipped kitchen. One of the large panoramic windows leads out to the terrace, which is equipped with patio furniture, an electric awning, a Weber electric grill, and a cosy lounge area—a great spot to relax with family and friends. The second panoramic window leads to the sunroom, which features a sauna.

One of the bedrooms features a comfortable 1.80 x 2.00 bed, a cot, a built-in closet, and a flat-screen TV. In the second bedroom, you’ll find three single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00. Two of the beds can also be pushed together to form a large bed (1.80 x 2.00).

The newly redesigned bathroom leaves nothing to be desired with its oversized walk-in shower and modern double sink. Additionally, the apartment features a guest bathroom.

The entire apartment is heated by underfloor heating. All windows have exterior roller shutters (some electric, some manual).

A high chair can be provided free of charge.
