The light flooded ground floor apartment with oak parquet has a pleasant floor plan with entrance area, a spacious bedroom with box-spring beds and electric. Blinds, a bathroom with floor-level shower, an open kitchen with dining area for max. 4 persons and a living room (incl. Sofa bed for a 3rd-4th Person) with large double doors to the furnished terrace. Upon arrival, a rental deposit of 150,00 EUR is due, which will be refunded after departure, possibly less damages incurred.
Completed in Summer 2013 system with sophisticated lodging impresses not only with the perfect location, but also by the new and modern architecture. The terrace with garden part is quietly facing south to the sun. A tasteful, extensive equipment of the apartment with many extras offers you a beautiful ambience for successful and relaxing Baltic Sea holidays.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 00:00 to 11:00.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt
Das Wohnung ist sehr hell. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche gibt es allerdings so gut wie keinen Platz um Lebensmittel einzuräumen. Auf dem Sofa, welches auch als Schlafsofa dienen kann, sitzt es sich etwas unbequem.
