Ferienwohnung Welcome (with lake view) is located in the romantic village of Schalkenmehren in the heart of the Eifel Volcano. Here you will find peace and relaxation, pure nature, and culinary enjoyment, if desired but also sporting challenge, action or culture. Let yourself be inspired. The apartment offers lake view (5 minutes walk to the beach), a covered terrace, a barbecue and a garden with sunbathing area and sun loungers. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults. For a third and fourth person there is a sofa bed in the living room and a side-bed, which can be placed in the living room or bedroom. Extra charges, bed linen and towels are included in the room rate.

The kitchen is equipped with a dining area, coffee machine (Tassimo), toaster, stove, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a rain shower, hairdryer, illuminated vanity mirror and is equipped with towels, bathrobes and facial tissues. The living room has a flat-screen TV with surround sound system and Blu-ray player as well as an extensive collection of Blu-ray DVD's and CD's. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed and a spacious wardrobe incl. Safe equipped. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults. For a third and fourth person there is a sofa bed in the living room (mattress 150 x 170cm) and a side bed (90x200cm), which can be placed in the living room or bedroom. Additional costs, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, coffee filters & holders (for filter coffee) dishwasher tabs, dish soap, dish towels, vinegar / oil / salt / pepper, tealights, grill use incl. Charcoal and lighters are included in the room rate for all guests. Likewise the use of the Blu-ray / CD collection and the sunbeds incl. Comfort Pads. Guests with 7 days minimum stay receive additional 1 fl. Sparkling wine, sweets, 1 box of mineral water and a sauna voucher. For a surcharge we offer: - Phone & SMS incl.
