"The customer service is non existent- absolutely awful experience. The hotel offers a late check in after reception hours which we requested ahead of time. "Trotz Buchungsbestätigung konnten wir das Objekt nicht beziehen. Vor Ort hatte man keinen Ansprechpartner, daher mussten wir uns Stundenlamg durch am Handy durch den Kundenservice quälen um dann zu erfahren das es eine doppelbuchung gab und wir wieder abreisen müssen."
