"Great hotel Location is perfect with a short walk to plaza, train/bus station and many places to eat. Staff was great upon arrival and our room was ready and clean. Definitely a good place to stay at when you are in Pescará. "

"This was a great hotel with a large well appointed room with a wonderful rain shower. It was literally a 4 minute walk from the train station and less than 10 minute walk from town centrale. The breakfast was good with excellent centrally controlled air conditioning, a great improvement after suffering a bit the 4 previous nights in a fan only villa."

Toilet leaked water, loud train right outside the window, couldn’t use the beach bathrooms, hot tub was broken, had no water in it and front desk staff told us we could still use it, beach attendant caused issues and tried to kick us out of the chairs we had been in for 3 hours since he rented them even though we were in them, electricity flickers and is super sketchy. Do not recommend. "
