The staff was rude on the phone and even banged on our room door at 5:30am, saying it was an "accident." "The breakfast lady named Amy was fantastic. The whole breakfast setup was wonderful. Very clean, stocked and fresh! Our beds were comfortable and the blankets were perfect. Had a little weight to them but breathable and soft which is what I prefer. The pool looked rough so we didn’t go swimming. Other than that, it was an overall great stay!"
