"Once we figured out the hot tub it was hot enough. The pool was refreshing although the slide seemed to be inoperable. Rooms were clean, although it was a stretch to advertise as sleeping 12, especially with only 2 bathrooms. For adult males on a golf trip, each member wanted a room, so in our case it realistically slept 3 although one did sleep on the living room sofa. I realize it had 3 roll away beds in the garage, but the two mattresses in the closets were not realistic for an adult sleeping option. We enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood was quiet, and the central air allowed for comfort and relaxation after a day out in the hot sun. "
