"This apartment has a lot of issues,the area is not what you expect the owner tells you that it is close to the beachs,restaurants and a lot more Not True. The in side of the house is not to bad but smells ,the kitchen is a mass her stove should be dumped the fridge has a freezing issue,the kettle goes on and off,you only have two A/C sorry to tell you A/C does not work, the lamps in the bed rooms you can not plug them in it is only for show,the showers no hot water in one and tried having a...

"The employees were friendly and helpful. There were some safety issues at this property. I fell in the bathroom because the tub was very high and the step to enter was too low. The room door needs a peephole. The step on the outside leading to the second floor has one stair two inches higher than the other stairs where i bounce my toes numerous times. I reported all these issues to the property manager on duty he did not take any notes and told me he was aware of these problems. Apart from that...
