Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This 1 bedroom-1 bathroom is the perfect escape from the city. Enjoy your time sitting on the porch watching the birds play in the birdbath and eat from the birdfeeder.

The space features patio furniture, a hammock, and a glider on the porch.
The pull-up couch is perfect for extra 1-2 guests. The kitchen features a full-size fridge and freezer, sink, induction stove, and all you would need to cook. This includes pots & pans, utensils, cups, plates, bowls, a toaster, a microwave, a blender, and a coffee maker. In the bathroom, there is a stall-size shower, sink, and toilet. You can also expect a full-size washer and dryer as well as a standable drying rack for air drying. The bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed and premium bedding.



Violation of any rule is subject to the stated service charges:

-Do not tamper with the front doorbell security device.
$250 per violation

-Do not tamper with cm/smoke alarms.

-No smoking/vaping of any kind inside the home.
Nightly rate per stay, a minimum of $250.
