A single-story house located in an idyllic setting, on the edge of the countryside and near forests; right next to hiking trails and not far from the nearest beaches. Between 2022 and 2023, the O'Ty'Zoiseaux holiday rental was renovated, furnished, and decorated by us.

A charming 19th-century farmhouse, full of character, offering peace and relaxation. The songs and whistles of chickadees, great spotted woodpeckers, and bullfinches—along with the fruit trees and vegetable garden—will give you a taste of the joys of country life.
Up to 5 people can comfortably enjoy its amenities and facilities. You’ll appreciate the soothing colour palette, furniture, and decor, all designed to create a cosy, “cocooning” atmosphere.

O’Ty’Zoiseaux consists of 2 bedrooms, a shower room with a separate toilet, a living room, and a kitchen with storage space. The living and sleeping areas are separated by a hallway. Access to the Rosae bedroom and the shower room (via a hallway with storage space) is through the Hydrangea bedroom.

Direct access to and a view of the garden and vegetable patch allow you to enjoy them, as well as the fully equipped terrace.
The outdoor spaces have been designed, landscaped, and adapted so that you can fully enjoy the tranquility of nature throughout the day.
A covered area is available for you to store your bicycles. Be sure to bring them along so you can enjoy the greenway.
Baby equipment is provided: high chair, travel cot.
There is parking on the property for two vehicles.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the house, but outdoor areas are available for these purposes.

Nestled in the heart of the countryside, where the Montagnes Noires meet one of the most beautiful stretches of the Breton coastline, from Concarneau to Quimperlé. O'Ty'Zoiseaux is located at the gateway to Cornouaille and not far from the village of Scaër.

In the town of Scaër, you’ll find a hypermarket, local shops, and a market featuring local products on Saturday mornings.
There are various activities available in the town of Scaër: a municipal swimming pool, a fitness trail, the greenway, and an equestrian centre.
The location of the O'Ty'Zoiseaux holiday rental also allows you to explore the region and enjoy sports.

The beaches, coastal trails (GR 34), the towns of Concarneau, Quimperlé, Quimper, Pont-Aven, Douarnenez,..... the Black Mountains, the Nantes–Brest Canal, the Trévarez Estate, the Huelgoat Forest, hiking trails (GR 38), the greenway (a 20-minute walk from the cottage)..... the list goes on.

High-quality bedding and linens, along with the peaceful surroundings, will ensure you get a restful night’s sleep, so you’ll be ready to explore our beautiful Finistère department the next day. And in the evenings, the night sky is perfect for stargazing.

ROSAE Room for 2 people
We designed and built it entirely ourselves. We wanted a room that was cosy and peaceful yet authentic, while ensuring you feel right at home with all the comforts you need.
Bed: 160 x 200 - Bedding (pillowcases, sheet, duvet cover) and bedding accessories (duvet, pillows—2 firm and 2 soft—pillow protectors, and mattress protector) from the CARRE BLANC brand.
The bedding is made of certified organic cotton, or, for another set, washed cotton-linen.
Your bed will be made upon your arrival and will be changed if your stay lasts longer than one week.
A closet with hangers and a chest of drawers are available for your clothes. We’ve sourced and restored them to preserve the ambiance and ensure you have the best possible setting to relax. 

The HYDRANGEA Room accommodates up to 3 people.
We designed and built it entirely ourselves. We wanted a functional room, suited to families and groups of friends, but also one that allows for play, work, and more... all while ensuring you feel right at home with all the necessary comforts.

Bedside tables, featuring a shelf and a drawer, are vintage finds that have been refurbished.
Charming light fixtures—on the ceiling and on the nightstands—will provide privacy while allowing you to move freely around the room after dark.
A window overlooking the garden will provide natural light.
A closet with hangers and a chest of drawers, both in rustic colours, will provide storage for your clothes. 
A desk will allow you to settle in comfortably to work remotely, write, draw, create......

You’ll have access to a harmonious private bathroom, entirely crafted by us. It has been designed to meet the expectations of this intimate space dedicated to well-being.
It features:
- a 150x80 walk-in shower with a rain showerhead. You’ll find your shower gel and shampoo—included in your kit—already placed there,
- a vanity cabinet to store your personal belongings,
- a wall-mounted toilet with a quiet flush,
- a towel warmer for your comfort,
as well as optimal lighting, a mirror, a hair dryer, and a few personal care items.
CARRE BLANC brand bath and shower towels will be provided. They will be changed weekly for stays of more than 7 days.


The living room—the main room of the house, a cosy place to gather. We’ve furnished it just as we would for our own family, creating a cosy, homely atmosphere. There’s a sofa with cushions and two armchairs so that each of you can have your own space and be comfortable.
Here, you can relax to read, listen to music, watch your favourite TV show, or discuss your plans for the next day...
A coffee table, a side table, and small storage units to set down your glasses, magazines, and personal belongings.
In the bookcase lining the granite stone wall, guidebooks, brochures, books, and maps are available to help you get to know our beautiful region better—and perhaps discover or rediscover works of literature, novels, or the history of France....
You can also liven up your evenings with board games. In another part of this room, not far from the kitchen, you’ll find a completely different setting for enjoying your meals around a table while taking in the natural scenery through the dining area window.

The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. The large windows let in light from the garden.
You’ll find a fridge/freezer, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a kettle, and various kitchen accessories.
A full set of kitchen utensils, dishes, and cookware is provided for your dining and culinary pleasures.
A worktop and storage space will help you stay organised.
Cookbooks, including ones featuring Breton recipes, will be at your disposal to help you showcase your talents!
For your cooking, you’ll find a garden bed in the yard with parsley, rosemary, thyme, bay leaves… all just for you.
Household linens are provided (tea towels, tablecloths, napkins, etc. )

A utility room for your personal storage and access to a washing machine and dryer. You’ll also find an iron and ironing board, as well as a foldable clothesline.

1,500 m² of outdoor space: You’ll have a shaded patio with outdoor furniture for dining, and a barbecue is available. For your moments of relaxation, lounge chairs are at your disposal.
Additionally, a green space is available for outdoor games or a nap on the grass in the shade of the trees...
A space has been set aside for outdoor games; darts and a table tennis table will let you share fun times, and there’s also a pétanque court.
