"When we arrived they did not have us on the security check in. After waiting over hour to get in and trying to call the host. He would not answer. The security guard would not let us in without his permission. Finally they called in and took another 30 minutes to hike to the room. When we got to the room the smell was so bad we left and did not stay. We are still waiting to get our money back. My wife was not willing to stay here. It’s such a maze up and down flights of stairs to finally find...
