"Stayed 1 night after flying into Denpasar just a short drive (grab or gojek) got in late so perfect for late check ins (pm), room was very clean and comfortable the property is amazing right along the water and not to mention the buffet breakfast had everything from western to local Indonesian. It is also walking distance to stores, restaurants and activities. Would definitely go back and would like to stay longer next time!"

"great location for water sports right in the back side of the resort. design and architecture of the resort is a little strange and takes a while to understand how to navigate it. staff is very friendly. we were assigned a Concierge lady called Cicilia. She was amazing through out our stay helping book tickets, answering our questions and many other things. Our only frustration was because of extra fee charged for adding an extra bed for our 14 year old. The description of the room said it sleeps 4, but we were still charged for accommodating our son. we were only 3 in total. kinda misleading."

"If I had a single regret in my stay here, it is the fact that I cant give a 6 Star Review. in my 60 times around the sun, I have at a myriad of accomodations across the globe. Some have definitely been 5 star, and the service and facilities have been perfect. However, what the do not have have, and what the Intercontinental Bali has an abundance of, is the Balinese Soul. When you arrive in Bali, you are acutely aware that these are some of the happiest people in the world. The same can be said of the ITC Bali. Every member of their team clearly live what they do, are proud of where they work and, importantly are an incredible representation of Bali. Every service provided by the ITC Bali team is done with patience and sincerity. Nothing is too much trouble, and Team Members like Antara in the Club Intercontinental are perfect ambassadors of not only the Hotel but the Islamd its self. You are spoilt for choice from 4 magnificent restaurants, and their are a multitude of Pools to choose from, including one Adults only. The facilities are modern but with an old world charm, and the same can be said for the rooms. Botanical gardens to walkthrough on a moonlit night coupled with the Golden Sands of the beach makes this the perfect stay to nourish the soul and ease the heart. This is my first visit and and it won't be my last. In fact I have some leave coming up in November, and no need to guess where I will be returning. May your travels lead you here one day."

"Fantastic hotel situated close to the airport, the beach, and the main strip of Kuta. Staff are friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was superb every morning and always changing daily. Septiawati was excellent in her guest relations role and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. She always made herself available and stopped to chat with us. Very happy with Septiawati as well as her team. We will be staying again!"
