Room condition seemed beat up. Heat was so loud and constantly running making it hard to sleep. Not enough towels in our room. Not as nice and clean as I remember from when I stayed in 2018

They argued with us that we even had a reservation there and only after insisting several times that we had a reservation did they check and saw we did. They didn’t seem to want us to be there.
