"This cabin is geared more for Winter and skiing since there is no air conditioning. Our family of 5 guys stayed here on 7/25/2025 because it was not that far from our rafting location, hiking and other attractions in southern VT. The cabin is very clean and the kitchen is stocked for all one's needs. We spent several nights after dinner around the firepit. We very much enjoyed staying here."

"Very nice place to stay for our 3 day hike on the AT. The view from the deck is amazing and the living room is huge with an old stone fireplace which we didn’t use because it was 90 degrees each day. The Mexican restaurant in town (Norte Azul) has an extensive menu and a good variety of beer on tap. Highly recommend visiting Mt Greylock in MA, about 30 mins away. "Overall the stay was okay. I am generally not a complainer, and have stayed in many rental properties. I was initially upset about the condition of the place, but I got used to it.
