Peaceful

It was a very peaceful and restful stay, loved the donkeys (Pepper and Maverick) and the goat/dog (Lucas). Diana loved the horses and her two rides.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by gorgeous scenery, the friendliest farm cats, and the farm’s star resident—Lucas, the iconic goat who absolutely loves attention and will happily keep you company.The loft accommodations themselves are a perfect blend of rustic charm and luxury. The space is *extremely* spacious, with warm old wood details that give it a cozy, historic feel, yet everything feels fresh, comfortable, and upscale. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at home, but also a bit spoiled.The property is owned by two lovely sisters who couldn’t be more gracious. They also offer horse rides along the property’s scenic trails—an unforgettable experience that adds so much to the stay.Location-wise, it’s hard to beat: just a short drive to Hammondsport, NY, and also within easy reach of numerous breathtaking waterfalls in the area.For fellow motorcyclists—especially those on bigger bikes—know that the short dirt road to the loft is gravel, but well maintained. Our large Harley Ultra made it to the parking area without any issues at all.Between the setting, the animals, the loft’s comfort, and the wonderful hosts, this was an experience we'll remember and look forward to repeating
