Lorsque nous sélectionons un hôtel, nous pensons qu'il est parfois interressant de payer un peu plus pour davantage de services. Lorsque les services sont défaillants, il en résulte une grande frustration d'autant qu'aucune compensation n'est proposée. Nous éviterons cette chaine à l'avenir."
