Holiday house in the heart of the AOC Chinon vineyard

Our little natural corner is located on the Loire cycle route in the bocage between Vienne and Loire a few kilometers from Chinon.
In a small housing estate, surrounded by nature and on the edge of the village, you will enjoy the peace and serenity of the place. Perhaps you will have the chance to see a doe, a deer or a squirrel?
The house has all the necessary comfort for a quality stay.
It consists of 3 bedrooms which each have 2 90-200 beds that can be assembled or separated, a wardrobe and a workspace.
The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, food processor, mixer, senséo, kettle, fridge-freezer, ... a table for 8 people and a living room with a comfortable sofa. It overlooks the terrace where you can enjoy a barbecue area, a garden furniture, deckchairs and a table that can also accommodate 8 people.
It has 2 bath / shower rooms, one with disabled access and 3 toilets.
A cellar with washing machine, ironing board and steam generator will also accommodate your provisions.
The household linen (bed made on arrival, towels and tea towels) will be provided to you as well as the starter pack (dishwashing tablet, condiments, toilet paper, ..)
A games room (unheated) is available in the old garage. You can spend moments with family or friends around a game of billiards, darts, table football, ...
The house is equipped with wired or WiFi internet, a Netflix connection and Freebox TV.
The house is non-smoking and our animal friends are not accepted.
