"Good stay"

"Prior to booking, I called the hotel to confirm if indoor pool was heated and staff said it was. When we tested the water was cooled and not heated. Very disappointing, also room at lowest cooling temp was still pretty warm"

"Room was clean and comfortable. There was a loose tile in the restroom and on the 3rd night a foul smell coming either from the water or the pipes in the bathroom."

"The staff was very polite and helpful. However, I should’ve looked harder at the room before settling in for the night. There were tiny roaches scurrying around, the bathtub, soap/lotion dispensers were dirty, and the sheets on one bed had stains. However I at least brought up the roaches whenever I checked out to the staff and they made note of it instead of ignoring my complaint."

"Severely deteriorated hotel as a whole. I complained about bed bugs and requested another room but was never given one and unfortunately i wake up early so had no choice but to try to make due. Breakfast was extremely minimal which wasnt the biggest deal but there was very obvious damage and filth throughout the whole hotel. They need to close it down and renovate it before the health department shuts them down. Safe to say that I wont be staying again."
