Located just 4.4 miles from Historic Downtown Savannah, The Dock House provides proximity to Savannah’s downtown hotspots, while also providing a warm and accommodating space, no matter what brings you. This floor plan has 2 "wings" of the home to provide privacy to large groups, luxury upgrades and finishes, and 2 separate indoor gathering areas, and large gathering areas outside.
