Telfair Loft 211: Parking Cost Covered Downtown

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the most ideal location near Telfair Square and Ellis Square. Each bedroom has a King size bed and en suite bathroom.. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with beautiful granite counters. View of Broughton Street from the front bedroom and living room. View of Barnard Street from 2nd Bedroom.

​​​​​​​We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $5 per day fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.

We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. Loved staying close to historic areas, shopping and sightseeing in Savannah. The loft was roomy and perfect for our family of 5. It was nice to have convenient parking in a garage close by.

This was a beautiful place in the perfect location. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go. We were surrounded by wonderful places to eat. We will definitely be staying again when we return to Savannah.

This property was excellent for our couples weekend! Clean, comfortable beds and conveniently located! Perfect space for 2 couples!! The property has two separate, very large private bedrooms w/ bathrooms off of each bedroom to give privacy & plenty of space for 2 couples while allowing us to share common areas! Telfair stay

Apartment was clean, convenient, and appeared to be newly updated. Location is great for walking. They also offer a parking pass to a nearby garage which is so nice as not all properties do. As we stay in this building frequently, we were prepared with a noise machine, but know that the rooms are noisy at night. The only thing I would recommend (or bring my own) is extra pillows.

Retirement and Anniversary Trip

We took this trip to celebrate my husband’s retirement after 35 years with the same company. And our friends joined us and celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary. We had a great time. The shared living and kitchen areas. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. That was great.

A great location amazing apartment

This property is located in a great location. You can walk through the whole historical district from this property. The apartment is clean and very modern. On Friday and Saturday nights traffic noise is a little loud inside the apartment. Common areas of the building need to be cleaned. But overall a great place to stay. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Dave Matthews Concert stay

Great get away for the Dave Matthews concert. Building is a bit outdated, but the apartment was clean and comfy. Wi-Fi would have been nice, but we we not in the room that much. Very close to everything and we never had to move the car. It’s a bit noisy early in the morning, but the convenience makes it worth it.

The location was good, you can hear all the noise from the street at night. I like the king size beds, the bedding could have been better quality. The place was clean but maybe needs a little paint in some places. The hallway smelled like dog, but condo smelled okay. Pretty good for the price.

Great Location, plenty to do within easy walking distance. As for no WiFi, not a big deal, we just took our Fire Stick and a portable Hot Spot. We watched streaming programs all week no issue. Took ear plugs and a fan took care of any street noise. If you need the bedroom to be totally dark at night I would packing sleeping mask. Place is perfect for two couples.

Perfect Downtown Location!

My friends and I stayed here for our weekend getaway, and we were so glad we picked this property! It was located in an ideal spot downtown where everything we wanted/needed was walking distance. It was a safe area to walk around even after midnight. The options for restaurants and stores to shop at around us were so abundant that we were never bored. Ultimately, we were able to walk wherever we wanted and really got to enjoy the greenery and quaint buildings that downtown Savannah had to offer. As for the unit itself, it was plenty spacious for 4 people. The place was clean and had everything we needed. There was a Walgreens across the street that was convenient for anything we otherwise didn’t pack or the unit didn’t have. It was just really nice to have 2 bathrooms along with king-sized beds, so we felt comfortable and relaxed for the weekend. Would definitely recommend this property to people who want to be near the hustle and bustle of downtown Savannah.

Amazing Walkability

The location was amazing - so easy to walk to lots of delicious restaurants and shops. We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and the spaciousness of the bedrooms. Plenty of space for our family of five by utilizing the sofa bed. The included garage parking was an excellent perk. It was really easy to load/unload our car in the alley by the building then move it to the garage. As other reviews have said, there will be noise at night because of the location, but we went in with those expectations and it wasn’t a big deal for us at all. We would definitely return.

Great location but loud

The location of this property is great! A convenient walk away from historical Savannah and River Street. However, because of its great location it is incredibly loud at night until about 3 am. We sleep with a sound machine nightly, and it still did not help drowned out the noise. If you are visiting Savannah and plan to enjoy the night life this place is great! If you are coming with your family and would like to go to bed at a reasonable hour, then maybe look at a different place. No internet is included and there are very limited channels on the tv.

Trip to Savannah

Elevator and hallways are very dark. Condo was nice. Right on the street so noisy at night. Good location for walking most places. Opened shutters in den and windows need cleaning. There were vines growing inside. Also looked like sheetrock repair had recently been done and there was sheetrock dust on the floor and counter.
