I booked just about 30 minutes before our stay so I got the price $120/night for a room of 2 double beds. There was stinky sewage smell in the bathroom, which I hated the most. The walls were not soundproof at all, we could hear everything from the next doors, also the noise outside (we were awakened by the lawn mourner at 7am in the morning @@) The only credit is the included breakfast: we loved the serve-yourself waffle!

The hotel just wasn’t the best. Old. Outdated. No tv channels floors were not good. Room wasn’t decorated nicely. Doors got stuck. Outside patio area was nasty. I will never be back.

Floors were filthy!!!! My son took off his socks and ran around for 1 minute and the bottom of his feet were black. Dirty brown splatters of who knows what on the floor and on base of lamp. White splatter of something on bedskirt and floor. Gross! Stains on lamp shade. Black marks on walls. Hair on pillows and sheets. Stains and holes on comforter in duvet cover. A bug was smashed on the ceiling. Balcony floor diagusting. Toilet was clean but coming off one hinge. Pillows were too fluffy and thin. Lay on it you head sinks to the bottom. Only giving two stars because there was a nice tv, microwave, and fridge, quiet at night, and the toilet was clean. That's it. We checked in at night. When my husband went to get the rest of the luggagae out of the car the man at the front desk saw him walk out to get our things and didn't tell him that he was just about to lock the front doors so my husband had to go all around to the side entrance. Located in what looks like not a very safe neighborhood. Saw lots of cop cars stopping people. I'm glad it was just one night but feel like I over paid. Would not go again. Would not recommend. Couldn't wait to leave in the morning.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent stay at this hotel compels me to warn others. Our experience was marked by serious safety issues that cannot be overlooked. The most alarming incident occurred when our clothes were all stolen from the hotel laundry room during washing, and the staff informed us that the surveillance cameras were non-functional, leaving us with no recourse. Additionally, our room key cards repeatedly malfunctioned during our stay, further compromising our sense of security. Beyond these critical issues, the overall cleanliness and service were also below standard. I would never come back to this place.

Not bad …
It was a good stay hotel was recently renovated it appears and clean. The room was spacious and could’ve had an extra chair for sitting. It didn’t have a microwave which is appreciated. However, it was dirty inside there were no coffee cups for the coffee maker. Also, the floor which was not carpet hadn’t been cleaned properly because my white socks were soiled very quickly, sad. I forgot my slippers. The location was great. The breakfast was simple, but the overall state was pleasant for the price I would stay again, if I had to.

This hotel was clean and one of the nicer ones we’ve stayed at in this area for a decent price. The place is getting some upgrades and has people working. But it was extremely nice. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying again if we have to come back for the weekend. The breakfast is great, it’s not just make your own waffles and toast. They actually serve bacon sausage eggs etc. we really do recommend the sleep inn.

The elevator is located on the other side of the building from the check in lobby. It is difficult to push the luggage cart on their carpet and up the hills. Once we finally got to the room, the floor was filthy. So bad we had to ask for another room. We ended up in a bottom floor handicap room that wasn’t too bad. Overall I won’t stay there again.

NO NON FEATHER PILLOWS
The hotel was very nice about removing the feather pillows and feather comforter, but they had no pillows that were non-feather. I had to go to JCPenney and buy a couple. First time I’ve ever had to do that. They did provide fresh pillowcases for them. Nice that they have a breakfast. It’s not extensive but what they have is good.

When we made the reservations it said the Sleep Inn was Pet Friendly but didn't give you an option to say you had a pet. When we got there they said we are pet friendly but there is a $75.00 fee for you pet. That is all well and good but at least put the charge on the website so that you know we have a pet and charge us for it when we pay for our room. We checked in on Thursday and Sunday morning at 5:00 am they charged me $25.00 for Incidentals. We go a refund for it on Monday but why not tell you that when you checked in and charge you then.
