The rooms were comfortable and the location good, though it was a little tricky to cross the street in front. Breakfast included a good array of hot food, but selections ran out early and were not replaced quickly, if at all. The front desk and valet were friendly, available, and helpful.

We stay in the Green Cottage suite which was very nice a freshly renovated. The location was perfect for getting around downtown. The trolley buses are only a block away. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The valet service is worth the money as there is limited parking in this area.

The staff at this facility were very professional with all the guests, not just me. They wer egenuinely interested in making this a memorable experience. Understanding that teh Marriott Residences are the lower-end of the Marriott rpoperties, nevertheless, the management can exert a little more effort to gain alot. Specifically in the condition of the rooms: Table lamps and appliances that are not assembled carefully, and make the room look unnecessarily cheap. This facility can be a jewel and its staff re already its best ambassadors. A little better vigilance on the maintenance side will do wonders. I will come back.
