Radiant Estate in the Heart of Savannah
This classic federal style row house is walking distance to everything Downtown Savannah has to offer. All mattresses are Tuft & Needle memory foam with percale sheets. There is free off-street parking (rare in downtown) and 2 parking spaces in the garage for midsize cars or smaller. The estate consists of a 3 bedroom main house, a separate 1 bedroom garden unit on the ground floor with a modern sleeper sofa, and a 1 bedroom carriage house above the garage.
Styled with a bit of classic modernism with a touch of tradition and bohemian flare, this estate consists of 3 units on one property: The 3 bedroom main house, the garden apartment, and the carriage house.
The space has 3 full kitchens feature a full Greenpan and Stainless Steel cookware set as well as Calphalon bakeware and even a classic cast iron pan for some real southern cooking endeavors. The Mocamaster coffee maker replicates beautifully a classic pour-over, but at scale for the number of guests. Cangshan Japanese cutlery for all the slicing and dicing, and a large selection of classic and new cookbooks.
All 6 TV`s are smart TV`s with access to all your apps and each has a Chromecast Ultra for 4k streaming.
Everything. Treat it like a home and it`ll feel like a home.
We leave you it to it. The entire check-in/out process is completely digital. But, if you need us, just send a message through the app and we`ll get right on it.
The Liberty Estate is set in historic downtown Savannah and a stroll away from eateries, cafes, cocktail bars, and shops. Museums, art galleries, and other historic attractions, including Flannery O’Connor’s Childhood Home, are steps away.

New, clean and spacious property
The property was so beautiful and accommodating. Not one need or complaint. Thank you so much. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was spacious. The bathrooms were perfect.

The property was enormous and allowed our extended family to all be together while providing opportunities for quiet privacy as well. Everyone had a wonderful time and loved the location - we walked everywhere and enjoyed the historically significant sites all around the city. Host was extremely responsive, answering questions quickly, and providing everything we needed. Beautiful place we would love to return to!
