This adorable cottage is right on Park Avenue just 2 blocks away from the renowned Forsyth Park! Come rock or swing with us on the front porch and soak up the southern lifestyle. Our traditional design and warm decor welcomes you to kick up your feet, relax and feel at home. This property boasts a very spacious rear patio that's totally covered and perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather while maintaining total privacy. We welcome ALL walks of life! **Comes with FREE access to THE ZOO HEALTH CLUB during your stay**

The Space:

We offer a king bed in the downstairs master bedroom, with a queen in the other two bedrooms upstairs. We have (rare) off-street parking in the back to use at your leisure (can fit 2 cars snugly).



Guest Access:

Feel free to soak up the charm on our front porch or hang out in our more private backyard :) We have space in the rear parking for 2 cars.

**We offer free workouts during your stay at The Zoo Gym** Just mention your name and that you're staying with us and the representative at the front desk will let you in!



The Neighborhood:

We are just TWO blocks away from the south end of Forsyth Park where there is an AWESOME coffee shop, natural food grocery store, wine shop and a few killer restaurants. You can't beat this location!



Getting Around:

There is a FREE shuttle that gets you around town (https://www.connectonthedot.com/new-dot-express-shuttle-services/) right at Forsyth Park - just walk straight on Park Ave. and once you get to Drayton it is right there by the shops! Uber/Lyft is probably the most convenient form of transportation around town, as parking can be a little crazy. It's usually about $5-7 to get to City Market/Bay Street. There is also a FREE City-ran "uber" called the Downtowner. Download the app and call a driver for free (tips welcomed).

This house is amazing. Wake to the smell of confederate jasmine front and back. Very clean and spacious. All the amenities anyone can ask for. Highly recommend.

Mother Daughter Trip

The house was amazing. It was a perfect fit for our mother daughter birthday celebration. It was clean, true to the pictures, and had everything we needed. It was in a great location and within walking distance to what we wanted to do. Having the parking space in back was a nice bonus. I would choose this location again the next time I am in Savannah!

Wish my own house was half this clean. And location is perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Charm with modern conveniences. Parking area is a huge bonus.

Great House

The layout is great. Family room, kitchen and master bedroom, full bath on the first floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. The place is clean and the we parked out front every night, but pay attention to street sweeping signs and times.

Beautiful house in a great area.

Beautiful house near Forsyth Park. Small but great backyard space for breakfast or drinks. Owners are very attentive if you have any questions. Will definitely be back.

Great house and awesome location!

This was the perfect spot for our girlfriend's get-a-way weekend. Very short walk to Forsythe Park, a great natural food store, and a fine wine shop. Chase was a great host and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the beds are all comfy. Living spaces were excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place, great city

Two couples in town to visit Savannah for the first time. Perfect place to stay - walking distance to grocery store, coffee shops, Forsythe park and local eateries. Quiet area. Very nice home, updated, nicely furnished, comfy beds, nice patio........would for sure stay here again!

This property was great for our girls weekend. Plenty of space, clean, and nicely decorated. The location was a little further from downtown than we would have preferred, but Uber was cheap.

Quaint and mega-clean

I highly recommend this property for its location, cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. The parking spot in the back is convenient when the street is crowded. It’s super cute, has what you need. Coffee, cream, sugar, filtered water station, ice trays, We loved sitting on the back veranda complete with ceiling fan with our friends. It’s very private. Loved our stay. Would stay again.

Savanah’s best!

Can’t say enough about the property, the pictures do not do it justice. This is one of the best stocked VBROS that we have stayed at. Location is wonderful you can walk everywhere and the management staff was very responsive to my one question. We will be back!

Lovely family vacation in Savannah

This house was so charming, and we immediately felt right at home. It was in easy walking distance to several good restaurants, Forsyth Park, and the free trolley line. The beds were comfy, everything was clean, and the house was well-stocked with necessities. We had a wifi issue at first, but management was quick to respond and figure it out. The parking spot was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again.

Girls retreat

This is a very comfortable house in a lovely neighborhood. My companions and I were able to walk to all locations without worry. The cottage is well appointed with everything you might need for your stay. The outdoor space is private and has a brand new gas grill!
