This adorable cottage is right on Park Avenue just 2 blocks away from the renowned Forsyth Park! Come rock or swing with us on the front porch and soak up the southern lifestyle. Our traditional design and warm decor welcomes you to kick up your feet, relax and feel at home. This property boasts a very spacious rear patio that's totally covered and perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather while maintaining total privacy. We welcome ALL walks of life! **Comes with FREE access to THE ZOO HEALTH CLUB during your stay**

The Space:
We offer a king bed in the downstairs master bedroom, with a queen in the other two bedrooms upstairs. We have (rare) off-street parking in the back to use at your leisure (can fit 2 cars snugly).

Guest Access:
Feel free to soak up the charm on our front porch or hang out in our more private backyard :) We have space in the rear parking for 2 cars.
**We offer free workouts during your stay at The Zoo Gym** Just mention your name and that you're staying with us and the representative at the front desk will let you in!

The Neighborhood:
We are just TWO blocks away from the south end of Forsyth Park where there is an AWESOME coffee shop, natural food grocery store, wine shop and a few killer restaurants. You can't beat this location!

Getting Around:
There is a FREE shuttle that gets you around town (https://www.connectonthedot.com/new-dot-express-shuttle-services/) right at Forsyth Park - just walk straight on Park Ave. and once you get to Drayton it is right there by the shops! Uber/Lyft is probably the most convenient form of transportation around town, as parking can be a little crazy. It's usually about $5-7 to get to City Market/Bay Street. There is also a FREE City-ran "uber" called the Downtowner. Download the app and call a driver for free (tips welcomed).

Perfect family getaway in Savannah

This was the perfect property for our family getaway with our adult children! The house was clean and comfortable, and in such a great location. We ended our 4-night stay with a special dinner grilled on the nice grill in the backyard, and ate on the covered deck with the ceiling fan and lights in the backyard. We will be back!

Girls getaway

We just loved this cottage. Perfect for three people, great quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk everywhere, very safe. Well appointed with comfortable beds. Comfy sofas, and we got great use of the front porch.

This house is amazing. Wake to the smell of confederate jasmine front and back. Very clean and spacious. All the amenities anyone can ask for. Highly recommend.

Great Savannah location

I stayed here with 2 friends for three nights. The house is in a quiet location that is close to Forsyth park and within easy walking distance to restaurants and grocery options. The house is comfortable, clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

Easter in Savannah

This was a great experience with Forsythe park a few blocks away. Convenient walk to coffee at the park and large grocery nearby. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided in a homey atmosphere. Sit on the front porch swing and watch the world go by or have a bite to eat around a back patio table with roof. Thoughtfully equipped and extremely clean.

Great Location

The pictures and description were true to this cottage. The location was close to everything and felt very safe. The cottage was clean and owners thought about most everything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend for anyone looking to stay in the historic area of Savannah.

Quaint and mega-clean

I highly recommend this property for its location, cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. The parking spot in the back is convenient when the street is crowded. It’s super cute, has what you need. Coffee, cream, sugar, filtered water station, ice trays, We loved sitting on the back veranda complete with ceiling fan with our friends. It’s very private. Loved our stay. Would stay again.

Perfect location for easy sight seeing

Comfy, well equipped, great location! All you could want in a VRBO! We were on a vacation with college friends and very much enjoyed the space to chat and catch up. We enjoyed coffee on the porch each morning before we began our discovery of the city of Savannah. Forsythe Park was an easy walk away as well as several trolly stops. We got out steps on while learning history and making memories! Chase was easy to communicate with and have very clear instructions on check in and out policies. A "highly recommend" from us!

The house was perfect! Great location. The furnishings were beautiful, and the house was very clean. Also, close to a Kroger grocery store and Forsyth Park. Downtown is a 20 walk. Ubers are abundant and are 12-15 to get downtown. Would recommend to anyone visiting Savannah.

Such a delightful little house in a great location!

Comfortable, meticulously cared for cottage. Great communication with owners. Savannah is a very fun genial city. We recommend the Southern Flavors food tour and the pub crawl! Lots of fun!

Cute house & great location

The house was as advertised. Only problem was the stove & oven did not work. We had bought groceries to cook with the first day & were not able to cook. I will say communication was excellent but we all (4) felt we should have been compensated on a small way, at least, since we had to eat all our meals out. That was only disappointing thing. If we wanted to eat out every meal, getting a hotel would have been cheaper,

Mother Daughter Trip

The house was amazing. It was a perfect fit for our mother daughter birthday celebration. It was clean, true to the pictures, and had everything we needed. It was in a great location and within walking distance to what we wanted to do. Having the parking space in back was a nice bonus. I would choose this location again the next time I am in Savannah!

Two weeks in Savannah

This is a lovely well maintained property. The place was immaculate. The property owner responded quickly to all my texts. We utilized the private parking but found the free DOT bus was a great way to visit the historic district where there is little parking and lots of beautiful but very narrow streets.Would definitely return to this property.

Super Cute!

My 3 daughters and I were in Savannah for a girls weekend. We selected this house because of it's location and how cute it looked from the pictures. We were not disappointed! It is super cute - even better than the pictures! I am very picky about cleanliness, so I really pay attention to that in the reviews. They were not wrong! It was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. It was conveniently located close to Forsyth Park, but was still very quiet. There was plenty of on street parking, but if that was ever full there were 2 (smaller cars) parking spaces in the back. We wish we could have stayed longer, and would definitely stay here again! We highly recommend!

Great House

The layout is great. Family room, kitchen and master bedroom, full bath on the first floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. The place is clean and the we parked out front every night, but pay attention to street sweeping signs and times.
