The house had beautiful aesthetic and charm. Loved the decor the rugs in the bedrooms were so soft. I would say the location was not whay we expected and we did have few suggestions to improve but overall stay very quaint place to stay.
Great location to get to a lot of different places. Couple minor issues that the host responded and took care of quickly. Living room TV was missing remote but was able to download app and control it. Would recommend.
The house was very clean and just enough room. The neighborhood wasnt busy or loud. Everyone stayed to themselves just waved and moved on about their day. The oy noise you hear is someone cutting the grass or the train that passes through. Not too many eating places near by but its worth the drive. The only thing i didnt like was the small driveway. Other than that enjoyed my mini vacation.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Location
Checked in and the house was 83 degrees (ac not working), contacted the host & 2 days later they were able to fix the issue and get the house cooled. We did not stay the first 2 nights due to it being so hot. Over a week later they still have not agreed to refunding the first 2 nights.
Arriving the lock box key did not work, I had to contact the administration so they could pass us another password, opening the door we received the house with a strong smell of cigarettes, same that never faded in the 3 days of stay that I was, the cleanliness of the house very poorly done there was hair everywhere even the bathroom sink was covered by hair, They hired a plumber until the last day of our stay which was very unpleasant to have to brush your teeth there (of course it didn't happen), at night there was a smell of marijuana coming from the street, the area where the house is located is very bad, unsafe and ugly, which is not communicated anywhere, I do not recommend this residence at all.
Stay away, renter beware.Did not stay at this rental after seeing the surrounding neighborhood. As I drove towards the rental, saw multiple crumbling/collapsed buildings, and once I was on the street of the house, the neighboring houses had couches on their porch, neighbors were smoking and the area did not feel safe for a family. The rental itself looked pretty nice, which made it more of a target compared to the surroundings. The AC unit was surrounded by rebar to prevent being stolen, to give an idea of how rough the neighborhood is. This may be fine if you are single, strong, carry firearms, and confident in your ability to defend yourself, but for a family, this is not the place to stay at.The inside of the rental is decent, but minimally stocked with random items, so you would want to bring your own kitchen supplies in case what you need isn’t available. The house is outfitted with some nice appliances like the fridge, ended up getting a different rental in a safer area and only used the laundry machine and dryer at this rental. At the price point that this rental is listed at, you would expect a safer neighborhood and more piece of mind, but this will not meet expectations. The host uses PlushyHost.com for managing the rental and the person responding to messages for this rental is rude and heavily reliant on AI, and the messages read as such. This makes it impossible to communicate.I wish I listened to the reviews saying this place is unsafe.
