The house features luxurious updates, fully stocked kitchen, game room, swimming pool, lush green gardens and many amenities for your next get together with friends or family.

This 6 room single-level bungalow features 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. The home boasts an open concept floor plan in the main living area with dinning area and kitchen, with beautiful countertops, stainless steel gourmet appliances & butler's pantry. There is a dedicated office space with additional sleeping area.

Adding to the space is an entertainment room with TV, pool table, board games and direct access to the outdoor garden and swimming pool.
There is a direct access to a private courtyard with large swimming pool and plenty of room for outdoor entertainment.

The swimming pool area features sun bathing recliners and lounge seating under the pergola with fire pit and BBQ grill in a fully private and enclosed backyard.
