Liked the location and that is walking distance to shopping and dining, also parking garage is so close by and only 20 for 24hrs. The staff were pleasant and room was clean and comfortable.

The valet and staff were minimal friendly and not helpful. No available carts or offer to help at check in. Room was barely clean. Bottle caps on floor and no trash bags in trash cans. Bathroom had mildew and shower was gross. I have had better stays at much more affordable places.

The young man who checked me in was pleasant and did a good job. I thought the other front desk people weren’t as professional. Also one of the bartenders at the hotel bar was overcharging on drinks. She took two $25 drink cards to pay for 4 drinks.

Desk staff unfriendly - room reservation was premium queen room. Tiny room, with moldy bathroom. Front desk staff acted like they wanted desperately to be elsewhere. Parking was $48!! Bartenders were nice. That was the only plus

Furthermore, it's regrettable that you sensed some of our front desk colleagues were not as engaged as they should have been. We're also aware of the concern surrounding parking cost which is competitive with the local area. Unlike most of these reviews, the staff was very accommodating for us. However, the hotel itself is not worth the money. Upon arrival you will pay nearly $50 for parking there was mold in the shower and on the ceiling of the shower. The wall of the hotel hotel were very thin and you could hear outside. All through the night. The room is the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in even in New York City. I had a bigger room. It’s not worth it. I would not waste a dime on this hotel.

It's a beautiful property with lots of amenities. Savannah is a very walkable city and this hotel is in an excellent location. If you have a car, the valets provide prompt and friendly service to park it.

I loved the location of the property! However, since I was in a riverfront room, the traffic from the busy river front street woke me and kept me up starting at 6am. I did love how easily accessible the room was to all restaurants and bars in the area! When I was there, the construction made it a little chaotic to check in and park. Overall great experience after check in

Beautiful property with top notch customer service. Breakfast was only offered at this time since hotel indicated they were short staff…. But a lot of options to choose from to walk a block or two to eat. Valet parking system could improve but in and out quickly.

The best thing the valet service staff - courteous, professional and quick. Their service was worth the price. There is cheaper uncovered parking around the corner. Front desk staff need to take training from valet - how awful to be the frontline of arriving guests - no hospitality, no smiles, short answers one gal never looked up from her phone! Only icemaker that worked was on the 2nd floor. Keurig Coffee maker in room but no regular coffee K cups in room when inquired for some at front desk told there were not any. Coffee service in lobby just as bad - low on creamer and never refurbished. We bought K cups and cream for the rest of our weekend. TV kept losing connection - not that we were there to watch TV but nice to catch the weather, engineer brought new remote and spare batteries. Bar service was good - for the price and additional fees that are tacked on find another hotel or go the AirBnB route for Savannah stays. Won't be back and will be cautious about any IHG hotels in future.

The property smelled of mildew and stale, no windows for fresh air and noisey ac unit. Hidden fees that weren’t explained upfront but are reciprocated in drink vouchers. Rooms are run down and not cleanly. The location saves this property right in the mix of it all, friendly helpful staff as well.

Do not stay here! This property is not clean, outdated, terrible customer service , very noisy, and unable to reach anyone at the hotel because the phone sends you straight to a voicemail box that is always full.

The check-in was quick and convenient and the property was clean. We stayed for only one night and I’m very glad for that. It was impossible to sleep due to the noise. I don’t know if the windows were thin or that part of the city becomes very busy because it was unbearable.

Well to start the room description was off and I was not happy that there was only one bed and a sofa in the room. Then there was no bedding for the sofa I called down to the desk and no answer so I went done to the lobby and instead of sending someone up to the room with the bedding they handed it to me right in the lobby and I had to take it up to the forth floor

The location was perfect for our first visit to Savannah. The staff was ok, no one was over the top friendly other than the valet when we arrived. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Overall great atmosphere and great location. Very clean. The valet parking was more pricey than I thought it would be. Don’t think it was worth $50

We enjoyed staying here for our quick trip to Savannah. The hotel is in a great location for walking the historic part of the city. Interior of the rooms could use some fixes but overall would recommend.

I did catch one air on my bill, which they corrected, which is wonderful. I just found that my room was never cleaned. I feel if you’re out of your room until 4 PM. It should’ve been cleaned. That was the only issue other than that the staff was wonderful and maybe they could just work on that a little bit.

We did not get the room that we book. We were given an upgrade but the couch in the room had stains and was dirty. Front desk was helpful with documenting the concern but it was overall disappointing
