This simple duplex is located approximately 10 minutes away from the Wormsloe Historic Site, 10 minutes away from the local hospitals (St. Joseph’s, Candler, and Memorial), and 10 minutes away from Savannah’s Historic Downtown District.
The space
Upon walking into the home, guest are met with a cozy living room equipped with a mounted flat screen, a loveseat, an armchair, and a set large windows found behind room darkening shades. The space is perfect for unwinding with some late night TV or relaxing with a bit of midday people watching.

Both Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located to the right of the home upon entry. Bedroom 1 includes a full bed, bed side table, dresser, and closet. Similarly, Bedroom two includes a king bed, two bed side tables, a dresser, and a closet as well as a TV and an arm chair

Bathroom 1 can be found between the bedrooms and the dining space shown while bathroom 2 is located at the back of the living room.

The dining space pictured comfortably fits all four allotted guest with additional chairs included for your convenience. The area leads directly to the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully stocked with the basic appliances and utensils/tools necessary for casual use. This includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, stove top, fridge, freezer, oven and various implements.

Beyond the Kitchen sits the shared Laundry Room. This of course features an in unit washer and dryer.
