High Ceilings and Historic Across from President's Quarters by Lucky Savannah

Located on the corner of Lincoln and York Street, this Historic Luxurious Townhome is in the heart of it all. Live like a local and enjoy being within walking distance to many nearby venues, restaurants, and attractions. The home boasts with high ceilings, fine furnishings, and a private courtyard.

Entering into the foyer, you'll immediately take notice of a multitude of rich architectural details, including original hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large decorative fireplaces. On the first floor, you'll find a designated sitting room and a chef's kitchen fitted with a gas stove. Adjacent to the kitchen is dining room with seating for four Lucky guests. Down the hall, a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Head upstairs where you'll find the spacious bedrooms, and two additional bathrooms. The first bathroom is located just atop of the stairs, and offers a large vanity, with plenty of space to get ready for a day on the town. Around the corner, the primary suite, that floods with natural light and rich decor. The large dressing room off of the primary bedroom is perfect for a bride-to-be on her big day. Also connected, a spa-like ensuite bathroom fitted with a jetted tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. Head down the hall to find the second bedroom, that overlooks tree lined York Street. Off of the kitchen, guests can find the private courtyard space that is deal for family meals, an evening glass of wine, or a morning cup of joe!

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Great historic property

Exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated suitable for historic property. Street parking with pass worked great. Great location for walking to Bay street, stores and market. Wonderfully high ceilings, but does result in a very long staircase, so would be hard for someone that has difficulty doing stairs. Would stay again.

Great facility

Had the benefits of an older style house yet with wonderfully updated bathrooms. Furnishings and decor were superb. Location in the north historic district made it easy to park the car for three days and get just about everywhere on foot or by free shuttle bus service. Would highly recommend for all but somebody with strength limitations that would cause problems getting luggage to the second floor. Can't say enough about how nice this place was.

Perfect Getaway!

Comfortable, clean & cozy. Great location for walking everywhere. Suggestions: we did not have a hand towel for each of us. We had 2 wash cloths & 2 towels but only 1 hand towel per bathroom. Also, it would be nice to have a soap dish at the sink in each bathroom; only the downstairs guest bathroom had one.

It is a perfect location and a beautiful walk to everything. The home has a peaceful soul and has great energy. Just enough appointments of what you need in a short or long stay. The back patio is an amazing bonus and at night you can hear the horse carriages trot by. Great front room for reading, talking or relaxing. Very quiet and the home owners have put time into making sure you are comfortable with a luxury main suite bathroom and all that you may need . The beds could be a little more comfortable but the home is so quiet you dismiss that quickly. Entire home is extremely clean and well maintained! We would highly recommend this home and we will be back to rent on our next visit!

Great property

This property was great and just what we needed for the weekend. It was conveniently located and has all of the amenities we needed. Our only complaint would be the lock and the front door & the AC downstairs. This was an unusually warm October. The downstairs air was set on 72 with no fans downstairs to circulate the air. We contacted property MGMT & they sent over maintenance. Maintenance indicated they would contact the owners as the downstairs air was a locked unit. No change was made & we never heard back from them at all. The front door is quite tricky to unlock.

Fabulous masterbedroom bathroom with large shower and jetted tub. Near everything you would want to see. Only problem was the renovations going on next door. Horribly loud during the day with drills, sanding and very loud music. Started around 8:00AM and stopped around 6:00PM. Luckily we weren't there much during the day. Otherwise Perfect! Host, (property management) was good. Instructions for entering were not good and we had to call "host" property management company to get in the first time. Woman on phone didn't know how to get in either but called us back when she figured it out. Would love to stay there again if next door was done with renovations.

Amazing location, lovely property... BUT...

The property could literally not be better situated in the heart of the historic district. It is just steps from the 17and90 Inn and Restaurant where my wife and I enjoyed our best meal in Savannah. The property is lovely, well appointed and comfortable. HOWEVER, a few things to note. There is heavy and loud foot traffic on E. York St. that pass right by the windows. There is construction going on next door, which is also noisy. And, most notably, on the 2nd of our 6 night stay, somehow a BAT found its way into the master bedroom, swooping down over our heads, waking us from our slumber and naturally eliciting a scream of terror from my wife when she realized that we were not alone. We shut the bat in the bedroom and slept in the other upstairs bedroom, later finding and isolating it in the master bathroom the next morning. We called Lucky Savannah who sent a young man who seems ill equipped to handle the matter, stating his plan was to try to suck the bat into a vacuum cleaner. We asked for them to send someone who would handle the matter humanely but they were unable to get anyone to the property. So we opened a window in the master bathroom and removed a screen and shut the door. This worked and the bat found its way out during the night. Naturally, we were unable to use the master bathroom while this played out and unfortunately the shower in the other upstairs bathroom didn't produce any hot water. But once the bat was gone, we were able to use the master bathroom again.

It was walking distance to River Street as well as Forsyth Park. There are other lovely squares in very close proximity as well. I would absolutely recommend it. The support staff was always available and helpful. We never had to worry about being able to reach them.

Perfect location for our needs; we could walk everywhere. It was clean, beautifully accommodating, well appointed, etc. We especially enjoyed the patio.Only short comings were in kitchen stocked with place settings only for 6. We could have used more on occasion, but somehow managed. And having to play City of Savannah "parking bingo" was not always to our benefit.

It surpassed our expectations in every way! First of all the location was amazing. Walkable to so many places, squares, churches, restaurants , house tours shopping. Secondly the amenities, this house had everything you could need to cook, plenty of towels, comfortable beds and seating, and more than enough soap and shampoo for your stay. To me the highlight was the absolutely stunning home! Every room was so beautiful and still comfortable. A close second to the beauty was the cleanliness! It smelled like pinesol when we walked in and the wooden floors were gleaming! Everything was spotless, baseboards, bathrooms, light fixtures.We can’t say enough about this company, just stay at one of their homes if you visit Savannah!

It met all of our needs and is a great location to walk to many restaurants and attractions (restaurant 1790 is across the street). There is construction going on at properties near this building with the contractors starting at 7:00 am. Evenings are very quiet.
