Four Suites in Queen Anne Victorian Downtown Savannah

Formerly a bed and breakfast! Each of the 4 bedrooms has an en suite bathroom! Incredible location. Absolutely gorgeous historic character in this pristine genuine 1800's residence

This location is in the northern part of Savannah's Landmark Historic District. This is walkable to all tourist destinations, shopping, dining, museums and the River.

Full kitchen on the main floor, plus powder room and expansive double parlor with living room and dining rooms. Gorgeous stained glass entryway will be the ideal back drop for your trip photos!

This rental is for the 'main house' which is floors 2, 3 and 4 of this building. There is no elevator. The ground level of the building is a separate rental with no shared indoor spaces.

There are 2 King bedroom suites and 2 Queen bedroom suites in this home. There is a casual living room upstairs and a formal living room downstairs.

Optional $15 fee for use of one private off street parking spot behind the home. If you do not wish to use our parking space or have additional vehicles, parking is easily handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space on street through an app of your phone.

In town for a wedding week. We stayed with our three grown children and their spouses. Plenty of room for socializing or alone time. Great location and quite fancy. It was like having your own B&B all to yourself.Just a note. If you have older people or anyone with which stairs are a challenge, this is not the place for you. There are lots of stairs.

Great property and great location!

We had four couples stay at this property for a four-day weekend. Location could not be beat as river street and anything else you may want to do is within walking distance. Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom, so that was perfect for our four couples. Would definitely stay here again.

Family of 5 plus girlfriends. Amazing location; but hanging out Christmas Eve and day at the property was amazing. We enjoyed the huge dinning room table and view from kitchen to living room made us all feel together. Really great property and location.

A great old house. Bathroom for every bedroom was perfect. Plenty of kitchen amenities. Small coffee shop close by was key. Downside: Across the street from the fire station. Every morning at around 7:30 they test all the equipment, including the chain saws. No sleeping in for that house.

Perfect location

The house is incredible. It is very spacious and fit our group of 6 perfectly. The location is very walkable with lots of restaurants and shopping options. We walked everywhere we went. We had some issues with the TVs, which were hard to resolve since we were out and about a lot. The road noise on Oglethorpe is very loud, but the location makes it worth it. Just bring earplugs. We would stay here again, we had a great time!

Great location with a few hiccups

This is a historical home so i understand some things won’t be in perfect condition but the home could use a little TLC. We had a leak in two of the bathrooms that were kinda inconvenient but management was very quick to communicate and help out. The location was amazing and the beds were very comfy. Over all i would stay again but could use a little work.

The house is in a great location! Enjoyed the fact it is within walking distance of so many things. Disappointed that the smoke detector was constantly beeping and so loud it could be heard in all areas of the house. Another shocking find was a vape hidden inside the zipper portion of a pillow on the bed. Makes you wonder if the linens are being changed.

Girls’ Getaway in Savannah

Four visiting Savannah for an extended weekend getaway (Saturday to Wednesday). Each having our own bedroom and bathroom was wonderful. The location was fabulous, walking distance to everything in historic Savannah. My daughter especially enjoyed the many little coffee cafes nearby…she tried a different one every day! It was a quick drive to Tybee Island and Wormsloe Historic Site, and just a short distance from the airport. The property was clean and spacious. Note that there are lots of stairs as listed in the description, but they were not a problem for us (three are in our 60’s), and added to the overall ambience of the home. We would recommend this property.

Perfect property for a stay in Savannah

This property was everything we wanted for our stay in Savannah with a family of 7! 4 spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (very important if you want all to be ready at the same time in the morning.... ). The house was spotlessly clean, a big thanks to the cleaning crew. We didn't cook but the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to River Street, 10 minutes to Forsyth Park and everything in-between within walking distance. The parking spot is a bonus since there's really not a lot of public street parking available. If there's one little thing to criticize it's that the 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor are a lot hotter than the other bedrooms on the 2nd floor. We couldn't find out how to make the air conditioning cool down these bedrooms. Other than that we enjoyed our stay !

Overall positive experience. Hurricane Helene definitely complicated things. Host was very responsive to any issues we had. AC stopped working at one point and they were able to help us out in getting it fixed. We did have consistent issues with the security system and smoke alarms in the house. We had one of the smoke alarms trigger the security system and start chirping nightly. Host was very quick to get maintenance out to look at the problem, but unfortunately they were not able to permanently fix it. Hopefully this is resolved for future travelers. We enjoyed the ample space the house provided, having two different living rooms to gather in was nice. Bedrooms provided plenty of space and bathrooms were nice. House is in a great location to explore Savannah and the price is very reasonable compared to other locations nearby.
