Stylish single-level home for up to 8 guests, about 10 minutes from both Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island.

4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen, 1 with two singles) and 2 bathrooms. Private, non-heated saltwater pool with a shallow splash pad area, plus a game room with ping pong, arcade games and darts.

Parking for up to 4 cars. Dog-friendly, with a pet fee per dog per night.

Self check-in. No events or parties without prior coordination with the host.



The Space:

This single-level home sits about halfway between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island, roughly a 10 minute drive either way.



The pool is private and saltwater, open year round but not heated, with a 1-foot shallow splash pad area for younger kids. The game room has a ping pong table, two arcade games and a dartboard.



Four bedrooms: a king bed in the Master Suite, queen beds in Guest Bedroom 1 and Guest Bedroom 2, and two single beds in Guest Bedroom 3. Two full bathrooms. All beds use 14 inch memory foam mattresses.



The kitchen has a breakfast bar seating three, plus a full range of cooking essentials. There is a dining room and an open-concept living area with the game room attached.



Parking for up to 4 cars on the carport and driveway. Please do not park on the street or the grass.

Guest Access:

You have full access to the house, the backyard, the driveway, and the pool. Please do not access the storage shed or the locked internal closets, which hold supplies and linen.



This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please keep noise to a minimum. Parties and events need to be coordinated with the host first.



The Neighborhood:

The home sits on Quarterman Dr on Wilmington Island, a quiet residential area with respectful neighbors on both sides. It is close to Highway 80, so expect some traffic noise at typical commuting times. Convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants and a Walmart are all nearby, and a Kroger with a Starbucks is about three minutes away.



Getting Around:

You will need a car or rideshare to get around, since the roadways here do not have sidewalks. Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island are each about a 10 minute drive. Uber and Lyft are both easy to find. Urgent care in Whitemarsh is a 6 minute drive for emergencies.



Other Things to Note:

Please treat the home and neighbors with care and respect. Codes and check-in instructions are sent through the app by 3pm on your arrival day; early check-in can be coordinated for a fee, and luggage storage is available by arrangement.



Interaction with Guests:

We live close by and are reachable by app or phone any time. Self check-in, with your door code and instructions sent by 3pm on arrival day. Parking for up to 4 cars on the carport and driveway only, no street or grass parking. Dog-friendly with a per-dog, per-night pet fee.
