This fully-furnished carriage house is situated in the heart of Savannah's Historic District, on the elegant and sought-after Jones Street. Located within walking distance of a variety of shops and dining options, such as Public and Six Pence Pub. Lovely Forsyth Park is also within walking distance, as are several event venues.

If you don't feel like walking, or need to go just little further to River Street, you can easily flag down a Pedicab for a quick and pleasant ride to your destination. Also available is the free Downtowner (its a local Uber paid for by the City)!

This carriage house has been a favorite lodging location of Joe Odom, a Savannah celebrity who played Paul Hipp in the film "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil." This quaint location has a lush, shared courtyard that is often visited and occupied by the the owner's two dogs, a basset hound named Leon and a poodle named Pheobe. They love company, but if you're in the mood for privacy, feel free to ask that they stay home.

This is truly one of the best locations in the city, and after staying here you will feel like a true Savannahian.

Amazing Location & Great Place for Dogs

Perfect location!!

Nicely appointed rental in a perfect location on beautiful Jones St. Lovely courtyard is perfect if traveling with your dog. No car is necessary… all of the historic district is perfect for walking. Right around the corner from Forsythe Park. We will definitely be returning to this amazingly historic city!

Wonderful!

I have stayed here a couple of times and just love it! The carriage house is comfortable, quiet, well appointed and very private and is located perfectly to make it easy to get all around the historic district. This pet friendly property is one of my favorites in Savannah!

Tucked away but great location

We enjoyed our stay at the carriage house. The space was the right size for us (2 adults and our dog). The entrance was a tad tricky to find since we came in at night and weren’t really familiar with the location, but was easy to get into. We enjoyed the courtyard, and the owners dogs were sweet and friendly with our small pup. Good location for things we wanted to do and had what we needed.

It was very clean and furnished with everything we needed. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch. This rental is dog friendly and they were very accommodating to our two dogs. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but we knew that before we got there. We figured it out pretty quickly. I would highly recommend staying here. We definitely would again.

Great carriage house

This is our second stay at this property. First time we stayed in the first floor apartment and this time in the carriage house. The location is perfect (Jones street is a stunner). The carriage house everything we needed and it was wonderful because we brought our dog. I would highly recommend this stay! Thanks again

The Epitome of Southern Class and Charm

Two bonuses…hidden peaceful courtyard , the epitome of southern charm, a short walk from historic places people visit from around the world. But so incredibly dog friendly. My dog Merlin was nervous from 20 hours of driving and motels but the dogs Pheobe and Leon became his friends and they played happily in the courtyard.

Sweet Scape

Location, location, location, this property is perfectly located in the historic district, parking on the street was very easy and we were able to walk everywhere when we didn't feel like driving. Leon & Phoebe are very friendly and are ready to greet you when you arrive. Communicating with management was not difficult and they even gave us recommendations, instructions for access thru the garage were clear. The shared courtyard was beautiful, but a bit smelly.

Lovely carriage house in a prime location

Location is incredible and we felt right at home at the carriage house. It is small but comfortable and the perfect size for our 3 day trip. We loved the visits from the doggies. The bed was a Full size so too small for my husband and I to share. He slept on the sofa and I slept in the bed. An upgraded mattress would go a long way to add to a near perfect stay. There is a bed in the loft but it wasn't an option for our middle aged knees! We will definitely stay again when we return to this lovely city.

Parks, shops, museums, and restaurants are steps away in any direction. And you'll find practical conveniences like Kroger, CVS, and a gym all a short walk away. Clean and cozy, with high ceilings that make it live large. I stayed for almost two months, and couldn't be happier.

Close enough to walk to but far enough away from all the noise. The shared courtyard is very relaxing and beautiful. The neighbors dogs (Pheobe and Leon) are well behaved and love attention, sometimes they came to visit us on the porch. The pull out couch and full size beds were comfortable but the twin size bed is in a loft type area, not for younger kids. The shower water was hot and had good water pressure, the AC unit kept us comfortable. Only complaint I have was the floor is very rough like a burlap mat and If you have problems with stairs, this may be a bit difficult for you. Access directions from alley, that are given right before you arrive, are easy to find and should be shared (minus codes) for any shuttle services. Smoke free, which i appreciated. I Would highly recommend and I hope to stay at again.

The property is true beauty of Savannah southern charm. We loved the apt decor and very comfortable. We walked everywhere and Jones street is the most beautiful street in Savannah!
