Welcome to The Barney, a historically inspired superior townhome, with luxury finishes and an eclectic design. This incredible cheerful home is just steps from Savannah's sublime Forsyth Park.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a welcoming open floor plan, tall ceilings, and solid oak wood floors that carry throughout the home. Since this is an end-unit townhome, you'll find that the home boasts with natural light from all of the large, floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap around nearly every wall!

The first level consists of the main gathering space, formal dining area, the impeccable chef's kitchen, and a powder room. The main living space features two modern large arm chairs and two plush sofas, allowing your party to have an ample amount of space to gather. Beyond the living room, an open plan kitchen with an attached formal dining area. Enjoy stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops - the perfect backdrop for entertaining friends and family. Choose a formal meal at the dining table fit for six, or enjoy a glass of wine at the kitchen island before walking to one of Savannah's best restaurants.

Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms spread out from one another. The first is the primary bedroom with a King size bed, en suite bath, smart television and an impressive walk-in closet. Guests will enjoy the luxurious ensuite bathroom, with a long double vanity, walk-in shower, all fit with marble tile floors and modern light fixtures. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed, smart television and spacious closet. The third room has been converted into a hybrid guest room featuring a sleeper sofa and office space with a standing desk.

You'll never want to leave The Barney, but when you do decide to venture out, you'll be a short walk from amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and just a block away from Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest green space.
