The townhouse was beautiful and the location was perfect. We walked everywhere. The street noise was a little loud late at night but it was bearable. We would stay here again.

Perfect place & centrally located to everything!

This home was above and beyond what we thought it would be. Extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Having the grocery store within 5 minute walk came in handy and the house was 8-9 minutes from anything in downtown or along the riverfront. We highly recommend staying at this home and would rebook again! Thank you for an amazing first trip to Savannah!

Overall it was great. Clean and adorable. The only complaint we had was with the internet and the cable tv. Internet did not work well and the cable TV had very poor channel choices.

Great trip with friends in July 2024

My friends and I loved the stay in Savannah! The home was very clean and kept nice. There was plenty of room. The location was very convenient to every place / area we wanted to explore. We walked to Forsythe Park a couple times. And if you need to stock up on snacks, there is a Kroger a couple blocks down. Thanks for the wonderful stay. We would stay here again.

Great house

The house was clean and had all of the necessities. As others have mentioned the street noise can get loud but it didn’t bother us too much. We loved it was right across the street from the store. We were able to walk everywhere and didn’t need to rent a car. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this home! Very comfortable and clean. Great location with grocery store just a block away. Our only complaint would be the noise. You hear everything from the street/intersection outside. But all in all this was a great place for our family to stay while in Savannah for a wedding.

Christmas in Savannah

Very much as stated in description. Convenient to everything, clean, property manager responsive. We had a very wonderful Christmas in Savannah complimented by this residence. And the property manager put up Christmas decorations and left gifts which started our family vacation with a warm and cozy vibe!

Perfect for our family of 5!

We loved that the house was in walking distance to the historic district, Forsyth Park and the grocery store, but still safe and secluded from the busy downtown. Air conditioning worked perfectly, and all amenities were as expected. The backyard was small, but we enjoyed being in the front to people watch. There is traffic and we got used to the noise as the lights change quickly. Our only gripe was that we had so much fun it was hard to say goodbye to the place. Highly recommend!

Cozy Townhouse

The townhouse is fairly close to downtown and a convenient Uber location to the River. The corner is very noisy at night so bring earplugs. Overall a nice place but needs some upgrades like mattresses and kitchen items. Downstairs toilet needs a repair.

The Price Place was exactly as described. Beautiful home that was very clean, with everything we needed for our stay. Yes, the street noise can be loud, so recommend a sound machine if you retire to bed before 11 pm. If you prefer a very dark room to sleep in, bring a sleeping mask. We walked almost everywhere we went as parking downtown is limited. Helped us burn calories from all the pralines lol!

Wedding weekend

Property was clean and nicely updated. The master bedroom was extremely loud at night with traffic and people talking on sidewalk and shades let a lot of light in. There are 18 steps to 2nd floor which didn’t bother us but some tenants might want to know. Kroger a block away w Starbucks. We had a car but close walking to historic areas.

As advertised, nice unit, very clean, comfortable sofas, beds, well stocked kitchen, great decor etc. Reviews gave us a heads up regarding the noise level being an end unit on a busier street, so white noise on our phones and earplugs did the trick. I recommended owner put in blackout curtains in addition to the blinds in the front and side bedroom to better shield the bright streetlights. But in case they don’t, bring a sleep mask. Also, recommended they check the Wi-Fi. Other than those two things we had a great stay.

Great Location-Very Clean

We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and easily walkable to most areas. We especially liked how close Kroger is! The place was extremely clean and decorated cute. The reviews said it was nosey and it is, but didn't bother us at all. The ear plugs in the bathroom was a nice touch! I would suggest blackout curtains as it is very bright in the bedrooms when trying to sleep even with the blinds closed. The toilet paper is very rough, bring your own! Same with the paper towels! There was not an iron which I found odd. When traveling it's nice to be able to iron your clothes that have been in your suitcase. The beds and pillows are nice a comfortable. The linens are a nice quality as well. Overall it's a great place and we would stay there again!

Property matched the website description. Good location to parks and other attractions. Very clean. My main concern was that the maintenance of the property needs to improve. Ice maker did not work, spin dry cycle on washing machine didn't do the job. Clothes were very wet even after the cycle. The air filters for the cooling/heating system were absolutely filthy which may have been partly responsible for a leak that occurred on our last day. These problems did not ruin our stay, but they need to be addressed promptly.

Enjoyed Stay

This was a perfect place and location for our girls trip! Sadly management was not great about communicating. I was in contact with Vacasa regarding some concerns left in the reviews from previous clients at least a week before our stay. The woman I spoke to informed me there would be plenty of ice trays for eight people since the ice machine was broken. There were no ice trays once we arrived. I contacted vacasa once we arrived and told me they would have the local management will reach out. No one reached out. Also, the water in the fridge is gross. Be prepared to buy your own water. There were black chunks coming out. We didn’t let this issues ruin our stay but would have liked a response from local management to fix the issues.
