There's a reason guests keep coming back to The Percival Too. Positioned on the second floor (walk-up) of a beautifully preserved historic building just off Wright Square on Bull Street, this light-filled apartment puts you at the center of everything Savannah while offering the quiet, privacy, and space that make a vacation feel like a true escape.
Tall ceilings, charming historic character, and decorative fireplaces anchor every room. Modern conveniences such as wall-mounted flat-screen TVs, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops make the stay as comfortable as it is beautiful. And beyond the front door, Broughton Street's best shops, restaurants, and bars are steps away.
Your stay here does more than give you an exceptional home base in downtown Savannah. Rental revenue from The Percival Too directly supports community meal programs and local outreach serving Savannahians in need, making this one of those rare stays that feels as good as it looks.
The open, airy living room is a natural gathering space, with a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility. Just adjacent, a formal dining area seats six comfortably, ideal for a group dinner before a night out. The well-equipped kitchen beyond the dining room has everything you'd need to cook a full meal, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and two additional bar stools at the island.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed and a generous walk-in closet that connects directly to an en-suite bath with a large standing shower. On the south end of the apartment, the second and third bedrooms face Wright Square and mirror each other in their bright, airy character, each with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and ample storage. These two rooms share a full hall bath with a classic clawfoot tub and shower combination.
