A hot tub, a gazebo with a charcoal grill, covered porches and room to park in the garage, the driveway, the gravel areas, and two assigned spots at each camper.



About 15 minutes to Tybee Beach and 10 minutes to downtown Savannah. A Kroger and the Wilmington Island restaurants and shops are a short drive away. You will need a car.



The Space:

This listing is the whole property: a four bedroom, four bathroom house and two Airstream campers. It sleeps 18. The house has a coastal look and a traditional layout, with stairs to climb (see Other things to note).



The house

Ground level: the garage and the hot tub. You can enter the house by the outdoor stairs or through the garage entrance.

Main level: a living room that opens to the front porch with views of the marsh, a dining room with a table for six and a bar that seats three more, a kitchen, and a full size washer and dryer.

Upstairs: a stairwell leads to the third level, where the primary suite and two more bedrooms are. The primary suite has a king bed, a private screened porch, and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk in shower and a bathtub.

The house has four bedrooms in all: three on the third level and one more on the second level. They include a queen bedroom with an antique brass bed and a bedroom with twin beds and its own bathroom.



The Airstreams

Silver Belle, a 2015 25 foot International, is the one on the left. Quarantini Camperini, a 2017 28 foot International, is the one closest to the house. Each camper sleeps four: a queen bed plus two more on the pullout sofa or dinette. They have a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, a dining nook, a living area with a sofa, and two TVs each. There are three short steps up to each door.



Kitchens: the house kitchen has a refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. The campers have their own kitchens with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, cookware and dishes.



Comfort: central air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, wifi, a dedicated workspace, three TVs in the house, towels, bed linens, hangers, an iron, a hair dryer, and shampoo, conditioner and body soap. For little ones: a pack n play, a high chair, children's books and toys, and children's dinnerware.



Games: board games and a selection of DVDs.



Outside: 1.75 acres with a front porch, a screened porch off the primary suite, a gazebo with a charcoal grill (bring your own coals), patio furniture and a hot tub. Dogs are allowed in the house only, never in the campers, for $50 per dog per day.

Guest Access:

You have the whole property: the house, both Airstreams, the hot tub, the gazebo and the grounds.



Check in is after 5:00 PM and check out is by 11:00 AM. Check in is self service with smart locks. Your access details and the check in guide come through the guest app before you arrive.



Parking: the garage, the driveway, the gravel areas, and two assigned parking spots at each camper. Please do not park on the grass. Free street parking is also available.



Hot tub: turn the temperature up an hour before you use it, to 98 or 99 degrees. When you are done, turn it down to about 90 and put the cover back on to keep the heat in. No children under 12 in the hot tub at any time. Do not stand or sit on the cover, which is for insulation only. Our team cleans, refills and treats the tub before you arrive, so it may not be warm until the evening. A certified spa technician services it weekly, usually on Fridays.



The Neighborhood:

The property sits on the corner of Blue Heron Dr and Quarterman Dr on Wilmington Island, halfway between Tybee Beach and downtown Savannah. It is 1.75 acres of private land with no immediate neighbors in front, behind or on either side.



Quarterman Dr is the main road that connects Wilmington Island to Highway 80, so you may hear traffic in the morning and evening rush hours.



Getting Around:

Tybee Island is about 15 minutes away and downtown Savannah about 10. Restaurants, shopping and bars on Wilmington Island are about a 3 minute drive.



You will need a car. The roads around the house have no sidewalks, so they are not walkable. Uber and Lyft work to either side.



A Kroger is about a mile away. Urgent care is open 24 hours in Whitemarsh, a 6 minute drive. The Chatham County Police precinct and the nearest fire station are each about 2.5 miles away.



Other Things to Note:

Stairs: the house has 18 steps at both entrances, and the third level is up another stairwell. The campers have three short steps.



Insects: we spray quarterly, but you may see palmetto bugs, wasps and other insects. Keep windows and doors shut, eat only at the bar or in the dining room, and keep trash in the trash can.



Trash bins are at the end of the driveway, on the right side.



Noise: the house is next to Quarterman Dr, so you may hear traffic at peak hours.



Dogs are allowed in the house only, never in the Airstreams, for $50 per dog per day. Please read the house rules for pet terms.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available any time through the guest app. You can also call or text us. You may see us now and then doing yard work or servicing the hot tub. We will let you know ahead of time so we do not surprise you.
