The warm welcome from check in to the unexpected team check out will stay with me and I will most definitely stay there again when visiting Chitwan in the near future. "SAPANA LODGE IS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Western comforts, Nepalese style, natural environment with access and inter-action with Elephant Breeding grounds and trainers. i have stayed at Sapana Lodge two times already and will return for a 3rd visit next year."

"Intermittent power and water for three days. They had generators, but would only run them for a few hours at night. Was very hot and buggy. This hotel is actually being shut down and they are opening up a fancy waterfront hotel next door. On the bright side, our free breakfast was at their other hotel, and the wait staff and food were awesome."
