"Perfect location in chitwan for accessing the national park and river. 10minute walk to the shops and restaurants although we ate at the lodge a few times as this was ideal. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and very helpful. They arranged us a walking safari with a very experienced local guide, just me my partner and another guide (i highly recommended this small group/personal option, a lot of the other groups we encountered were larger). "I paid for a room at this hotel, and as we arrived, we soon discovered that it doesn’t exist anymore. We were unable to be refunded by the new hotel that have taken it over and were forced to pay to stay somewhere. Terrible, terrible service, can’t believe they didn’t warn us at the very least since I booked five months in advance"
