"The property is good, but it is in the middle of a large business park quite a bit off the beaten path. The check in was smooth, but the clerk was way too familiar with the sugar, honey, sweetie, love, etc. The breakfast was good with a lot to choose from. I would stay there again if I was in Utica."

"I visited with family and we really liked this hotel. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean, especially the bathroom which I appreciated. The beds were soft and comfy and the breakfast was a really nice perk. The only thing we didn’t care much for was the pool. It was very very small and had no indoor lighting. It was gloomy that day and it just felt kind of weird. I don’t really blame the hotel for that, but it could use an upgrade. All in all we would stay there again if we were in the area."

"After checking out, the staff were incredibly kind and allowed me to stay in the lobby for two hours while I waited for a family member. They even offered me coffee and access to Wi-Fi, which made my wait very comfortable. Their hospitality and thoughtfulness made me feel truly welcome. Thank you for the excellent service!"
