The space
This spacious and light 3 bedroom semi-detached house is well located for a quiet stay and a short walk from all the amenities that Saundersfoot has to offer. The bedrooms all boast sea views, and together with the fully enclosed garden, this property is perfect for families to relax.

Living Spaces/Kitchen
This unique property offers a spacious modern living room with a comfortable corner sofa with a 43” wall mounted Smart TV at one end and a handy sofa bed at the other end with glass windows and door letting in natural sunlight from the garden.
The well equipped kitchen diner has been renovated with families in mind and has everything you will need to prepare and serve a delicious meal.
The Bedrooms
The décor offers a mix of modern living with a touch of classic styling with warm colours and textured soft furnishings. There is the larger King Bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedded room, all with Simba Hybrid mattresses. Additional sofa bed in living room for larger families (available upon request).
Bathrooms
The spacious modern family bathroom is located on the first floor and has a shower over the bath. There is a separate shower room with WC located off the dining area on the ground floor.

Outside Space & Parking
There is a good sized garden comprising a patio area with table, chairs, benches and parasol, with steps leading to a lawned area. A BBQ is available for use.

The Local Area

Saundersfoot is a popular tourist destination, with its pretty harbour and beach, watersports and shops. As well as all the amenities, and lovely restaurants that you will find in Saundersfoot itself,
just a 5 minute drive away you will find the bustling seaside town of Tenby famous for its colourful array of Georgian houses. Tenby has a wide selection of shops and restaurants, as well as award winning sandy beaches.

Further along the coast you will find the quieter beaches of Manorbier, Freshwater West and Barafundle Bay. The North of the county is slightly wilder, and situated here is the infamous city of St Davids (smallest city in the UK).

Pembrokeshire is a haven for exhilarating water sports, spectacular coastal walks and the freshest seafood all set in a wild and incredibly beautiful landscape. Away from the coast, Pembrokeshire is fantastic for family holidays– there’s no end of choice of adventure parks, castes and boat trips.
